There is a lot to take in when you start preparing for your birth, life with a newborn, and how to feed them. Many parents also have limited time to devote to long, multi-day classes which may not suit their schedule. My bespoke range of classes, either online or provided in your home, allow you to select the date, time and topics covered during your session so your family’s unique needs are always met. Expectant parents leave with the knowledge they need to feel confident and prepared for labour and early parenting.
Class duration: You can opt for any length you like for virtual classes, however, three hours is recommended to create a solid foundation. In-home visits have a three hour minimum.
Class Rates: One to One virtual consultations— €40/hr.
In home visits are €180 for three hours or €200 for four hours. A four hour visit is highly recommended for first-time parents. An additional fee may apply for travel. Please contact me for a specific rate.
